Cancellations, Returns, Exchange & Refund Policies

You can cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail / message/ whatsapp /sms relating to that product. You can cancel one order item within an order without cancelling the entire order if the order contains 2 or more order items.

Note: In case of any discrepancy we can cancel any of the orders. A few reasons for cancellation from our end usually include limitation of the product in the inventory, error in pricing, error in product information etc. We also have the right to check out for extra information for the purpose of accepting orders in a few cases. We make sure to notify you if in case your order is cancelled partially or completely or if in case any extra data is required for the purpose of accepting your order.

To ensure you are confident about your purchase, we have an Easy Returns and Exchange Policy, which gives you enough time to be in no doubt that you have made the right decision of buying jewellery from VV Silver Palace Private Limited Should you have any problem with the jewellery piece, you can choose to return it back and claim refund or exchange within the policy time frame.

For products purchased online through www.vvsilver.com refund/ exchange / return (not applicable on silver coins, silver article) shall be entertained through www.vvsilver.com or it can be entertained at any other VV Silver Palace Private Limited showroom provided the customer submit the product with the original invoice, certificate(s), jewellery box, etc..

For easy return and exchange policy timeline is 7 days from the date of delivery.

The shipping charges (to and fro) shall be borne by the Customer. The customer will be responsible for shipping the product to VV Silver Palace Private Limited premises. VV Silver Palace Private Limited can help customer in connecting with reputed courier partners for the shipping purposes.

For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking).

Once the product is returned within 7 days (not applicable on silver coins and silver articles) the refund will be credited to your account. You may choose to either make another purchase using the same or get the amount refunded to your bank account.

Silver Coin / Silver Articles cancellation is not allowed under any circumstances

For Silver Jewellery – 100% exchange for the invoice value of the product within 7 days of the delivery of the product, this facility can be availed only one time.

Secure your product with the original invoice, certificate(s), jewellery box, etc. Call our Customer Care team regarding return / exchange. Ensure that the return / exchange are done within 7 days from the date of delivery. The customer will be responsible for shipping the product to VV Silver Palace Private Limited premises. VV Silver Palace Private Limited can help customer in connecting with reputed courier partners for the shipping purposes. Upon a quick quality check of the received product at our end, our Customer Care team would process the refund/exchange. We are fully committed to ensure that you are 100% confident and satisfied with your purchase.

For all returns/exchanges under this policy, the shipping charges shall be borne by the Customer.

The product should be in new condition and damaged/ worn-out products will not be accepted under the Easy Returns and Exchange Policy.

Items that have been reworked by third party jeweller, customized designs or pieces with personalized engraving cannot be returned or exchanged. Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the Exchange and Buy Back amount of the product.

The product should be original and accompanied with Original Invoice and Bills.

We understand you may have apprehensions about online shopping and delivery of products. To ensure that your experience at VV Silver Palace Private Limited is convenient and hassle-free, we have tied up with the reputed courier partners who deliver the product to your doorstep.

We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt at the time of delivery, the recipient must provide valid photo ID proof to collect the product.

That for all intents and purposes singular includes plural and masculine gender includes the feminine gender. This Agreement is written in English and the official language of this Agreement and all correspondence concerning it shall be in English.
